E4E and coalition partners call for continued work on Calif. teacher evaluations

September 1, 2012

While the Legislature made the right choice not to pass Assembly Bill 5, California still needs a solution for meaningful teacher evaluations. On Saturday, a broad coalition of organizations, including E4E, called for lawmakers to work with teachers and other stakeholders toward robust teacher evaluations.

E4E was thrilled to be able to work with such a wide range of education advocacy groups in this effort, including United Way of Los Angeles, Education Trust – West, Teach Plus, Parent Revolution, Alliance for a Better Community and many others. We are grateful for their energy, enthusiasm and expertise, and we look forward to finding more areas of collaboration in the future.
